I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
After placing an order in our online shop, you should receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation has not arrived within an hour of placing your order, the possible reasons are as follows:

Can I change my order later?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to change your order as you wish. However, we process orders as quickly as possible, so we do not recommend waiting too long.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of the dispatch date, please contact our customer service department by email: info@hazellondon.com. We will be happy to help.
How long do I have to return an order or make a complaint?
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. To return an order, simply contact our customer service department and we will take care of everything.
If you would like to cancel your whole order, please email us at info@hazellondon.com from the email address you used for the order within 24 hours of placing it. As long as our warehouse has not yet started packing it, we will cancel it and refund you in full. After 24 hours, we can only stop an order in individual cases.
